  • Kuvaus: In the home of shipowner Nikolaos, charwoman Mrs. Angeliki works hard and makes every effort to put her only dear son, Andreas, through college. The latter is forever being put down by the shipowner’s spoilt daughter, Liza. However, years go by, and Andreas finishes the Sea Captain School with honors. Unable to find a satisfactory job, however, he works temporarily at a yacht club to tide him over. He bumps into Liza there, who now sees him in a different light, and he soon falls in love with her. Their relationship is passionate, but both of them are sorely tested by Liza’s haughty father. In the end, the two lovers overcome the numerous obstacles and obstructions and stand on their feet, completely happy.
